From flagship designer stores to Michelin-starred restaurants and renowned art galleries, this part of the 17th Arrondissement is the heart of Parisian culture. The smaller streets that radiate from the main boulevards are well worth exploring and are home to restaurants selling exquisite food and boutiques offering exclusive gifts. Rue Poncelet is especially close to the apartment with it’s very special open air market offering all the riches of the French countryside. You can visit to buy ingredients to prepare a special meal in the apartment’s sleek kitchen.

Avenue Niel puts all of the delights of the 17th within easy reach and also provides families or groups of friends with a comfortable city home. Step through the door, and you are welcomed into a huge living room. The clean, neutral interior is tastefully embellished with charming furnishings, and a projector enables the study alcove to be turned into a theatre for those family movie nights. The dining room has an air of regal refinement offset with mid-century furnishings, while the kitchen is a modern space with every appliance a discerning chef could wish for.

The apartment’s three bedrooms are serene and mindfully decorated to encourage a restful night’s sleep. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed and a signature marble fireplace, as well as an attractive ensuite. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and a cosy ensuite, while bedroom three has double bed and a shared bathroom.

The central location makes this home an ideal choice for food and culture lovers who want to discover the best of Paris. Your dedicated concierge can arrange restaurant reservations and advanced tickets to world-famous attractions like the Louvre.   • The apartment is four levels up from street level and has an elevator.
  • Beds in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have two single matresses.
  • The fireplaces are ornamental and not for guest use.
  • This home does not accept pets.
  • This home accepts babies, children and toddlers.
  • This home has air-conditioning in the bedrooms.
  • Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units.
  • There is no storage space in the second bedroom. The storage will be in the wardrobe in the corridor.
  • There are three toilets in this home but 2 are separated from the bathrooms. There are no photographs available.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
